ABOUT/FAQ'S

What is MAOURI Nails?

These aren’t your average press-ons. Every MAOURI set is handcrafted with premium products. These nails are made with precision and care to ensure you get the best nail experience ever. 100% Custom to you. You no longer have to sacrifice your time to get the look you want.

What comes with my order?

In your MAOURI press on order it comes with your nails of course, an application kit (glue, sticky tabs, alcohol pads, a buffer, nail file and a cuticle pusher) as well as application instructions.

Where do you ship to?

Right now shipping is to Canada and USA only.

How long does it take to recieve my order?

My current processing time for nails is 4-8 days. After that shipping can take anywhere between about 2-7 days.

How long will my press-on nails last?

With good prep and application, they typically last 1–3 weeks per wear. Nail glue will give the strongest hold, but tabs are great for short-term wear.

It also comes down to factors like how well you prep your natural nails & how you are with your hands and tasks on a daily basis.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes maam! With proper care and gentle removal, your MAOURI Nails can be worn multiple times. Just clean off the old adhesive (buffer or file) and store them safely between wears.

How do I know my size?

You can use either the Tape Method or Coin Method, both explained in our Size Guide. If you're unsure, send a clear photo via email or DM using the Coin Method and we'll handle the sizing for you.

It's always better if you are in between sizez to sized up because in that case you can file the side of the nails down rather than sizing down and having a nail that doesn't fit at all.

Please be mindful that there are no refunds for incorrect sizing.

I see a set you've made before but I want to make some changes?

Of course you can, it's 100% custom to you so if you see inspo on my page that you want to recreate with tweaks just state in your email/dm!

Can I replace a nail if I lose one?

Yes, there is an option on the website to replace missing nails.

If it’s only 1 or 2 nails that don’t fit, you can always purchase a replacement nail.
